Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion


Assist in the distribution of Holy Communion when the ordinary ministers are not available in sufficient
number to distribute Holy Communion at Mass or other liturgical celebrations. These Extraordinary ministers
of Holy Communion must have a profound love of the Eucharist and be an active member of the parish and
practicing their faith.  At times the Extraordinary ministers may be appointed to take Holy Communion
to the sick and homebound.  Volunteers are scheduled to assist at one or two Masses per month.
