Meeting Minutes for 7-25-07 @7:00 PM

Opening prayer:
1) Review minutes from meeting of 4-25-07: Accepted
2) FAC members list updating:
3) Grounds clean-up/ trimming work update: Next work dates: 9-8-07 from 8am to 11am
4) Maintenance List Update- Mark R. report from meeting w/ Father Arnsparger:
Fr. stated that Steve Cherry had someone who could draw up a landscaping plan for the campus, therefore, we can trim plants, but hold off on pulling any at this time. Also, reviewed contract for old church mold removal and remodeling proposal.
5) Project List: Update:
a) PC: Roof;
Alarm system quotes: Still pending
Lighting updates: Some of the ballasts and bulbs changed to the new energy
saving style and more to be completed.
Waste water collection system update: on hold
b) Church: Roof leak project & ceiling repair update: Repaired, thus far no leaks.
Drexel room window replacement update: Completed
Foyer- front window replacement update: Completed
Working sacristy: quote for changing carpet to tile: in progress
c) School: Health inspection violations update;
Refrig.: Needs to be replaced
Swing set : Completed
Waste water collection system update: Completed

d) Admin. / Old Church – Updates
? Roof project: Reviewed with Fr.
? HVAC project: Reviewed With Fr.
? Mold removal : Contract in hand, but not signed.
e) Rectory - Storm damage report Update: Tree removal- cost approx. 3k
f) Thrift store - Update : Still looking for alternate sites with Kevin Decker
6) Article for Parish newsletter and bulletin.

7)Diocesan walk through & safety report update: Not completed

8) Family Life Commission - New bulletin board for the Parish center update: Mark to call
Brian Gawronski for update.

9) Review Capital Budget proposal Update: Need to add Parish Hall HVAC unit and possible
roof repair costs to capital budget list.

10) Open Agenda: Need to look for new Commission members and volunteers, question
when Stewardship will start up. Mark to follow up with Fr.
