Tuition Payment Plans and
Tuition Assistance Applications:
We will again use the FACTS
Management System for both our Tuition Collection plans and our Tuition
Assistance analysis program. Here is the information for these
programs:
FACTS Tuition Management: This program allows you to pay by invoice,
by direct draft or by credit card. You can join either online or by sending in a
paper copy.
Online: New or returning families who want to make
changes in payment plans need to go online to www.smsgastonia.com and click on
E-Cashier at the bottom of the home page and follow the
directions.
Paper: We do have paper applications in the office
if you want to send in your application that way.
FACTS Tuition Assistance: This branch of FACTS analyzes tuition
assistance applications in the same way for everyone and reports back to the
school with the list of tuition needs by family. We, here at school do the
actual allocation of our tuition assistance money. This process will be all
online this year.
Online: You may go to www.smsgastonia.com to click
on a sample application on the left side of the screen. You can then go to www.factstuitionaid.com to fill out
the actual application. Please try you finish your Tuition Assistance
Application by Monday, May 2, 2011.
I know that this sounds a bit
confusing so if you have any questions please call me. Thank you for taking
advantage of these programs. They help us by regulating our tuition collection
expectations and also by helping us know who needs tuition assistance in a
consistent manner.
